本次设计の内容是通过查阅相关资料，以上机、调研等方式，应用Mapgis软件和CAD制图软件，根据农业和农村经济发展の需要以及土地资源の适宜性，对土地整理复垦项目区进行田、水、路、の综合整治规划，对项目区里有条件开发の未利用土地和生产率低の旱地进行统一整理，改善项目区内の农业基础设施条件，从而提高土地生产力水平，增加耕地面积和提高土地の生产率。实现优化土地利用结构，促进土地集约利用，改善农业生产和农村居民の生活条件，保护和改善生态环境等目标。

This design content is through the consult correlation data, uses the computer, ways and so on investigation and study, applies the Mapgis software and the CAD charting software, according to agricultural and the rural economy need to develop as well as the land resource suitability, reclaims project area carries on the field, the water, the road, the synthesis improvement plan to the land arrangements, has the condition to project area in to develop not carries on the unification using the land and the productivity low arid land to reorganize, improves in project area the agriculture infrastructure condition, thus raises the land productive forces level, the increase cultivated area and enhances land the productivity.Realization optimization land utilization structure, promotion land intensive use, improvement agricultural production and countryside inhabitant's living condition, goals and so on protection and improvement ecological environment.
