大家帮我看看，我该怎么办:Dad was always like this.Maybe he didn't know how to express himself.After shouting at me,he never showed any mercy or any moments of regret. After an argument he has the habit of creeping up in my sleep and then tucking me underneath the covers.每次吵完后，他习惯在我睡了之后偷偷溜进来，挤进我の被窝。还是隔着被子抱抱我？，请帮忙谢谢。

是帮你盖被子的意思
我不知道普通话的term是怎样，用我家乡（重庆）话来讲，tuck大概的意思就是“扎”。比如tuck ur shirt into ur pants就是把衣服扎进裤子的意思
tuck me underneath the covers就是把你路出来的手脚这些再盖住
普通话不怎么好，见谅
